Our Promise We pour our love and care into every stitch, and we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. Our policy is designed to be as clear and fair as possible. Please read the following to understand how we handle returns for our different collections.

Returns by Product Category

  • “Stitch” Collection Items: We offer exchanges or store credit for items in our “Stitch” collection. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible. If we cannot accommodate your desired exchange, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • “Steep” & “Love” Collection Items: Due to the nature of these products, all items from our “Steep” and “Love” collections are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned:

  • All products in the “Steep” Collection
  • All products in the “Love” Collection
  • Any items marked as “Sale” or “Clearance”

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your “Stitch” item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be free from any pet hair, stains, or strong odors (like smoke).

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@steepstitch.love within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Please include your order number and the reason for the return (e.g., “Exchange for different color/fit ” or “Return for store credit”).
  3. We will reply with detailed instructions on how to send your item back to our studio here in Arroyo Seco.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for sending an item back for an exchange or store credit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in inspecting and packing your order. However, if you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please notify us immediately.

  • Contact us at info@steepstitch.love within 2 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • We will take full responsibility and cover all shipping costs to send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
